This hotel is great, and has great wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me with currency exchange on my first stay. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The location made it easy to hit up nearby cafes. Just a heads up, some rooms may feel a bit tight with luggage, but they're clean and staff are friendly.
Our early check-in request got declined, a bit frustrating, especially since one of our friends wasn't feeling well.

Soundproof room, fairly clean and modern place, amazingly nice staff. A minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Excellentservice with private parking available nearby. Late check-out.

Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was budget and neat. Everyone was very welcoming and amazingly nice. I ate at a pleasant restaurant for the breakfast. The location of the hotel was good and absolutely incredible - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Canal Saint-Martin. It was located in a pretty nice area. I did not want to leave there, spent great time and would recomand👍

In relation to the great price paid, it was charming small place to stay with great service. We had a modern and budget room for walking space and everything was good.

The location is good. A metro station is one minute walk away. The neighborhood is safe and vivid. Staff was nice and helpful. They spoke English, very good Spanish, and were patient with rusty French customers. The breakfast, eventhough expensive, was good (croissants, pastry, bread, juice and coffee), seems to be according to Paris standards.
Room did not have air conditioning, nor the hotel had a fan. Our stay happened in very hot days in Paris. As a result, sleeping was difficult. Heat in the room was overwhelming. We actually stayed out longer not to go back to our hell-room. I guess it could be ok in not so hot days. They said they have other rooms with a/C. They could have discounted or offered something (a breakfast...) as compensation. No. Calling for a hotel was denied, so reception wouldn´t have to call to a mobile number because it was very expensive. We called from our room. The twin beds looked like out of a Barbie and Ken toy house. If you are very tall or heavy, you won´t be able to turn around in your bed. It´s a one position bed, or you hit the floor... All in all, I consider this a good hotel to go three days to Paris and not to spend a fortune in lodging, just a little fortune for what you get. Seriously, a good budget hotel. Had we had A/C, I would have adored this little hotel.

Thanks everyone for a great stay at a reasonable value. We booked a beautiful little room with a bathtube as well as a nice view.

Very good location, close to metro, central part of the Paris, usually polite staff, reasonable price.
The room and, in particular, bathroom require a repair. Bad noise isolation - sometimes noisy due to neighbors.

good location, helpful staff, a good basic hotel, ideal when all you really need is a comfortable place to sleep and no unnecessary trimmings
Inadvertantly overcharged for breakfasts (partly my fault)

The staff helped as much as they could barring the language barrier. The location was quite convenient, near the Oberkampf and Republique. Overall the hotel served as a nice base to explore the city.
Most of the hotel staff didn't speak English and the one who did seemed to work only during the day when I was usually out.

perfect for city strolls and delicious local dining
I enjoyed the easy access to good eateries like Coq En Ville and the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby Passage Brady, making my weekend explorations in the heart of the city lovely, especially since the metro was just around the corner for quick travels to landmarks.

The room was extremely dirty and in need of repairs (example: the shower door had a large hole in it and the shower head barely let water out). The blanket on the bed was covered in body fluids. When I asked for a clean one I was told there was none. It was returned 3 days later. The sofa bed was impossible to convert. When I asked reception for assistance I was told I would have to wait until later in the evening. When asked why I was shouted at by a female receptionist. Housekeeping came by once a day, so if we were still there the room wasn't tidied. The fridge was small and had a foul smell coming from it.

It's in a great location with a metro stop and plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Our standard double room was cozy and clean, and we especially loved the very good coffee maker. The staff provided great service, especially Emmanuel, Marcy, and Arina!

The location is very close to where i need to be
Not all of the hotel staff speak English, and solving an issue at late hours can turn into a troublesome endevour, unless you speak French. Internet is charged 1€ per hour, you need to buy 4h-"tickets" at the counter. The breakfast is fair, though always the same. All in all, I would say: you get what you pay for.
